The firm’s Litigation Partner is Michael Hayman. He is assisted within the department by David Ellicott and Richard Farrer.

The Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department covers all forms of contentious work, including:

The department is taking on an ever-increasing amount of non-contentious work, particularly company and commercial, and its client-base is exceptionally varied for a firm of its size.

We place great emphasis on the thorough preparation of our clients’ cases, with extensive research and investigative work, in order to cover any eventuality. Should negotiations with the other party fail, we can provide effective representation at court and, if necessary, refer the matter to counsel.
