The department is run by Stephen Corrick and Overseen by John Byne.

All clients are encouraged to make a Will and to call into the practice in order to discuss their requirements for advice on planning their estates and any inheritance tax consequences that may be avoided or reduced.

In the event of bereavement, clients will receive a sympathetic and caring approach at this upsetting time in order to see them through obtaining the grant of probate and carrying out the administration of the estate.

If required, arrangements can be made for funerals, securing the house and assets, and any other practical necessities.
